During the last few years before I retired from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), I maintained and distributed a monthly summary of the distribution of precipitation in Oregon.  This information was distributed under a "technical advisory" called Weather Watch.  The advisory basically consisted of repackaging data from the Oregon Climate Service into a format that was more useful as a tool in public land management. In conjunction with maintaining Weather Watch, I developed some companion items based on historical data to facilitate a better understanding of just where various aspects of present ecosystems are relative to the historic.  These were pulled together into a series called Weather Watch Companions which are specified below.

Graphic Companion #1: Oregon Water Year Precipitation. 1981-1995.
