Sage Grouse LUP Template Conference Call Participants:

Attached is Chapter IV, "Threats and Conservation Effort Summaries"  from the BLM's report to the FWS, dated 11/24/04 that will be useful in addressing LUPs using the template that was discussed on today's conference call.  We'll try to get the entire report posted early next week.
