Personal Statement
Andy Kerr heads The Larch Company, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in
organization, issue, strategy and other development and implementation. For
two decades, he was with the Oregon Natural Resources Council, best known
for having brought you the Norhern Spotted Owl. He is now agitating for a
voluntary buy-out of public land grazing permittees at the fair market value
of their permits. He is writing a "Oregon High Desert Wilderness Exploration
Guide", to be published by Mountaineers Books in Spring 2000.
